1. Agreement and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Roamar services, including our websites, mobile applications, customer support channels, and related APIs and communications (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, activating an eSIM, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, devices, and verification methods (including one-time codes, passkeys, and backup codes). You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Service Description
Roamar provides digital connectivity products, including eSIM plans, top-up options, order management, account notifications, and support tooling. Plan availability, data allowances, and service quality vary by destination, device, network conditions, and other operational constraints.
4. Device Compatibility and Activation
You are responsible for verifying that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked where required. Compatibility checks and install guidance are provided for convenience and may not guarantee successful activation on every device or network. You are responsible for following install instructions correctly.
5. Orders, Billing, and Taxes
When you place an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the selected payment method for applicable charges, taxes, and fees. Pricing, applicable taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout before payment confirmation. Certain products may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
6. Top-Ups and Subscriptions
Where offered, top-ups and recurring subscription features are subject to plan rules, cycle limits, and eligibility requirements shown in product details. Subscription renewals, cancellation timing, and cycle behavior are managed according to your selected plan terms and applicable billing processor rules.
7. Notifications and Communications
We may send service-related communications by email, SMS, push notification, or in-app message. You can manage channel preferences by notification category in account settings, except certain critical categories (including billing and security/legal notices) that cannot be fully disabled. For critical notices, we may use fallback delivery channels when needed.
8. Roamar SMS Program Terms
Program name: Roamar Account Alerts and Support Messaging Program.
Program description: This program sends customer-requested and account-related SMS messages, including verification codes, billing alerts, order and top-up updates, support communications, and important security/legal notifications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, support interactions, transactions, and saved communication preferences.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan and carrier terms.

Opt-out and help keywords: Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help.
Additional SMS terms: Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase Services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy note: SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating law, attempting unauthorized access, interfering with platform operations, abusing promotions, or using the Services for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation, legal compliance, non-payment, or material violation of these Terms. We may also revoke sessions and block future access where required for account integrity.
11. Third-Party Services
Parts of the Services depend on third-party providers (for example payment processing, messaging delivery, mobile push infrastructure, and cloud hosting). We are not responsible for outages or failures caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific network performance, or universal device compatibility.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Roamar and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify these Terms or update the Services from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
